On the basis of an official authorization issued on behalf of "Super Rent a Car" the cars can be exploited also on the territory of Georgia (for at least 2 days). In this case 20.000 AMD is levied additionally. Those, who are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquillizers and harmful drugs for health, cannot sign the rental agreement and drive a car.

The pickup and drop off of the rented car can be realized either at "Super Rent A Car" offices or in your preferred place by additional charge (including at the airport, in Yerevan and out of Yerevan). In any case, it is necessary to make an agreement in advance for the place of pickup and drop off. You can be presented with the details under the clauses 5.2 - 5.7 of the page "Rental Terms and Conditions".

Our company takes into account your wish when providing the reserved car, but if the reserved car has technical issues , you will be provided with another car in the same group (of the same type and the same class) at a price not higher than the price of the reserved car. If the company refuses for any reason on the day of the rental to provide the customer with a car according to the specified procedure, then pays him a fine in the amount of 1 day of rental.

In general, it is enough to indicate the reservation number and your passport, but for the purpose of the company manager`s work, it is desirable to present the reservation confirmation as well.

To make changes to the reservation, it is enough to write an email to info@rentacarsuper.com or call the "Super Rent A Car" car rental offices and indicate the reservation number and the necessary changes. Yes, cars are provided with winter tires in winter. We recommend renting a front-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle if traveling to difficult locations.

In case of any accident, loss or damage, our company must be immediately informed about it and the protocol drawn up in accordance with the law must be submitted to the police, as well as sufficient information about other persons or witnesses involved in the accident.

You must have your driver`s license, technical passport of the car.

Yes, the cars are provided clean and with a certain amount of fuel. In the same way, they must be returned at the end of the term. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay an additional amount according to "Rental terms" page 3, statements 2.4.8.

You should immediately call one of the "Super Rent A Car" car rental offices and inform about it. If possible, the company`s specialist will agree to extend the term or replace the car. If it is not possible to extend the term or replace the car, then you should hand over the car at that moment by coming to the office, or in case of an additional fee, our specialist will come to the place you specified. In case of delivery after the deadline, penalties and liability apply, which you can read in detail in points 6.9-6.10 of the "Rental terms" page.

There are no advertising signs on the rental cars. Advertising signs can only be on custom-made minibuses.
